Privacy Policy

Gleam helps you make LinkedIn carousels and posts from your brand. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

The one-line version: we collect what we need to run Gleam for you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

  • Your account. Your email address and name when you sign up, including through Google or LinkedIn sign-in.
  • Your brand. The website link you give us, and the brand kit we build from it: colors, fonts, and notes about how you sound.
  • Your content. The carousels, posts, and ideas you make in Gleam.
  • Usage data. Basic information about how you use Gleam, like which features you open and when. This helps us fix problems and improve the product.

How we use it

  • To run your account and keep you signed in.
  • To build your brand kit and generate your content.
  • To answer your support questions.
  • To understand what is working in the product and what is not.

We do not sell your data. We do not show you ads. We do not train public AI models on your content.

AI processing

Gleam uses AI models to write and design your content. When you generate something, the inputs you give us (like your topic and brand kit) are sent to our AI providers to produce the result. These providers process the data to serve your request, not to build profiles of you.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Gleam:

  • Supabase stores our database and handles sign-in.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • AI providers generate your content, as described above.
  • Stripe handles payments when you buy a paid plan. We never see or store your card number.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will sort it out.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or inside Gleam before the change takes effect.
